Delete Your Account or Data

Permanently delete your Vitamins360 account and personal data. You can also do this in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

What is deleted

Name & profile information
Email address & phone number
Saved delivery addresses
Reminders, pinned items, liked articles
Login credentials (login is disabled)

What may be retained

To meet legal, tax, pharmacy and healthcare obligations, we retain the following in anonymized form (no longer linked to your identity), only for the legally required period:

Order & transaction records
Invoices and audit logs

I am a Customer Store / Pharmacy What do you want to delete? Delete my account
Remove my account and personal data. I can no longer log in. Delete my data only
Clear my saved personal data but keep my account active. Registered mobile number
